| Adorable Owls for the Global Design Project #375 Theme Challenge! |
I hope you're enjoying your day! The Global Design Project has a theme challenge this week that I couldn't pass up with it being a new year!
This party hat was a given for me to step-up a card I had created for my Seniors Class last month with the Adorable Owls Stamp Set.
The Stylish Frames circles highlighted the Brightest Glow sentiment and recently retired Christmas Scottie party ribbons.
The Adorable Owls image was stamped with Tuxedo Black ink using the Stamparatus to create an official-looking group of party owls (aka Parliament) celebrating the new year.

Coloring Time!
- Owl Beaks and Claws - Light Mango Melody and Light Gray Granite Stampin' Blends Markers
- Owl Eyes - Light Pool Party Stampin' Blends Marker
- Party Hats - Dark Daffodil Delight and Bermuda Bay Combo Stampin' Blends Markers
- Owls - Basic Gray and Basic Black Watercolor Pencils; Blender Pen; Wink of Stella Glitter Brush

Time to Assemble!
An extra owl and two owl faces were stamped, colored and fussy-cut to add depth and dimension to the party.
The decorated Basic White layer was adhered to a Coastal Cabana layer and a Pool Party card base.
The inside was layered and stamped to compliment the card front.
The Charming Sentiments sentiment was perfect for new year wishes by simply handwriting "in 2023"!
The Basic White Medium Envelope was stamped on the front and flap to give a sneak peek of what's inside.
