Leaves of Holly Christmas Cards - Creating Multiples Quickly! |
Hello friends! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend! Today I am hopping with some demonstrator friends along the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop as we share lots of Christmas Card inspiration. There are several of us hopping today - you will find the list to follow along towards the bottom of my blog post - so sit back and enjoy your favorite coffee, tea, water or smoothie as we share some handmade projects with you!
Today's Project
The Leaves of Holly Bundle was a must have for me this holiday season as it coordinates so wonderfully with the Textures of Chic Suite! I haven't started my Christmas cards, yet, for this year, so today's project showcases how I'll be able to make five cards a day when I can find a few hours now that I have a fun pattern established. This layout will work wonderfully for any similar stamp set that you may have in your Christmas stash, too!
Project Details
The holly leaves and berries were randomly stamped along the center of a Very Vanilla sheet of cardstock. Fillers from the Merriest Moments stamp set were used thanks to the inspiration of LeAnn Greff. Five card fronts were cut from this layout.
The card fronts were layered on Evening Evergreen and Crumb Cake cardstock layers. The sentiment was stamped with Evening Evergreen ink on the Crumb Cake detailed die-cut label from the coordinating Holly Berry Dies. A Linen Thread double bow was added in the corner of the die-cut label.
The inside of the cards were layered and stamped to compliment the card fronts. The Very Vanilla Medium Envelopes will also be stamped to give the recipients a sneak peak of what's inside; however, these will be done when I have completed all the cards with this design that I intend to create for Christmas.
More Inspiration
I hope you have been inspired to start creating your Christmas cards, if you haven't already! Now it's time to continue along the blog hop - you're currently with me, Angie McKenzie, at #11 - to get more inspiration from the others... so look at the list below and continue along. You definitely don't want to miss any.

ReplyDeleteAngie, love the way you stamped the one neutral sheet of cardstock and then made many fronts. I need to try this soon in my projects.
