Fond of Autumn Coloring with Blends! |
Hello and welcome to my blog! Today is a lovely fall day with the trees getting more vibrant in changing colors each day it seems. I hope that you are enjoying your day wherever you may be in the world.
Today's Project
Today's project is a thank you card that I am providing to my customers this month as a thank you for their orders. Our catalogs are always filled with lots of new things to see and inspire us to want to create even more than we do. I love spoiling my customers and I hope that they enjoy my gratitude as much as I enjoy sharing new ideas and techniques with them.
Project Details
It's that time of year where I love to leaves on my projects with the colors that are around me amongst the great outdoors. Stampin' Blends in So Saffron, Crumb Cake, Soft Succulent, Cajun Craze and Calypso Coral were used to color the section of the large image from the Fond of Autumn Stamp Set which was stamped with Crumb Cake ink on Very Vanilla cardstock. One of the dies from the coordinating Autumn Bouquet Dies actually die-cuts the large image into four separate images so you can arrange them however you wish! I chose to surround the die-cuts around the negative from a frame created for a get well card for my niece (click here to see it!). The sentiment was stamped in Crumb Cake ink onto the circle which was adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals on a Soft Succulent layer torn along the bottom for some texture. This chic like banner was adhered to a Very Vanilla layer embossed with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder.
The Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder was used for the Very Vanilla background. Linen Thread was used to create a triple loop bow. Rustic Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots were added as a finishing touch.
The inside was layered and stamped to compliment the card front. The Very Vanilla Medium Envelope front and flap was stamped to give my customers inspiration for decorating our amazing envelopes! There is nothing like completing the process of cardmaking with these special touches.
