So sit back and enjoy the inspirations on today's blog hop as we share things related to A Sweet Sale with you!!
Today's Project
Inspired by some lovely flowers that I received from some special friends earlier this week, I could not resist CAS(e)ing my favorite card in the current Sale-a-Bration Brochure (page 4, January-February 2022 Sale-a-Bration)!
Project Details
This amazing Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper can be earned for FREE with a $50 order from now through February 28, 2022. During our demonstrator preview of this brochure and the January-June 2022 Mini Catalog, it was this paper that made me want the Daffodil Daydream Stamp Set.
The DSP was cut to 3-3/4" strips to die-cut it with the largest right angle triangle from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. The triangles were adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals onto 4" Flirty Flamingo squares embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder (carryover from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog). The Daffodil Daydream sentiment was heat embossed with White Stampin' Emboss Powder onto Evening Evergreen scraps, fussy cut and adhered with Adhesive Foam Strips.
It was so enjoyable to create multiples of this lovely layout... switching around the focal points like making a quilt. These cards are sure to cheer up anyone's day!
The inside was kept sweet and simple by using the splatter stamp from Daffodil Daydream with Flirty Flamingo and Pale Papaya inks. The envelopes were lined with the Daffodil Afternoon DSP with the front and flaps stamped to coordinate with the inside.
