Sending Smiles, Wildflower Path and Fabulous Frames for a special thank you |
Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I am hopping along with other members of Bruno and Kylie Bertucci's Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Training Program. I have learned so much through this training group since I first became a demonstrator. We love doing our Monthly Team Blog Hops with our general theme for all the hops being customer and team thank you cards.
Today's Project
Today's project is a thank you card that I am providing to my customers this month as a thank you for their orders. New catalogs are always such exciting times with lots of new things to see and inspire us to want to create even more than we do. I love spoiling my customers and I hope that they enjoy my gratitude as much as I enjoy sharing new ideas and techniques with them.
Project Details
The cone flower from Sending Smiles is the focal point. The largest Fabulous Frames Die was die-cut twice from Very Vanilla Cardstock to create a subtle layer. The floral images were stamped with Petal Pink, Calypso Coral and Soft Sea Foam inks. The Wildflower Path sentiment was stamped with Petal Pink ink onto the Fabulous Frames label die cut from Very Vanilla scraps.
Two strands of Linen Thread were pulled and looped through the die-cut holes of the label. The label was adhered to the stamped layer with Stampin' Dimensionals. The strands of Linen Thread were wrapped around the stamped insert adhered to the back with Stampin' Seal Adhesive. Remnants of the Linen Thread were tied together as a bow and adhered to the label with a Mini Glue Dot. The frame was gently sponged with a well-loved, previously inked Early Espresso sponge dauber.
The brush tip of my Petal Pink Stampin' Write Marker was flicked across the stamped insert to create splatters.
The inside was stamped and splattered to compliment the card front. Creating two panels allows room for a handwritten note. The envelope front and flap was also stamped to provide a sneak peek of what's inside for the recipient.
