Back to School fun with COLORING! |
Hello friends! I hope you are doing amazing on this thankful Thursday. Today I am hopping with some Crafty Collaborators along the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop as we share lots of inspiration for Back to School. There are several of us hopping today - you will find the list to follow along towards the bottom of my blog post - so sit back and enjoy your favorite coffee, tea, water or smoothie as we share some handmade projects with you!
Today's Project
How fun is it to color?!? That's the first thing that I always think about back to school!
Project Details
Create some fun simple cards for school and/or after school with Basic Black and Basic White Cardstock with some Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and a favorite stamp set (I picked one of my favorites from the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog, Nuts About Squirrels) and VIOLA! You have some simple cards just ready to be colored whether it's the kids in your classrooms, for the kiddos after school or for the teachers during their breaks in the Teacher's Lounge! You can even make a few heat embossed sentiments ahead of time, adhere dimensions on the back and the "coloring artists" of all ages can pick the sentiments they want and just remove the backing. How simple and fun is that?!
And don't forget to have a stack of envelopes stamped and ready to color, too!
More Inspiration
I hope you have been inspired to create a fun school or after school project to create with the kids and then enjoy sharing the cards with others. Now it's time to continue along the blog hop - you're currently with me, Angie McKenzie, at #10 - to get more inspiration from the others... so look at the list below and continue along. You definitely don't want to miss any.
