Today's Project
Fall is in the air and I've been in a whirlwind creating autumn cards, but thought I needed to make some Christmas cards before time slips up on me! Lots of ink, stamping, die-cutting, and glue dots was what made me happy creating these Christmas Season cards.
Project Details
Christmas Season has amazing watercolor images that I loved from the moment I first them. What's even more exciting is that they have coordinating dies making cards like this a breeze to create. Multiple images were stamped and die-cut all during one creative evening. The fun part was arranging the die-cuts to create the cards.
The stamp set is images only. The Christmas to Remember stamp set features some amazing sentiments and fonts within the Painted Christmas Suite Collection; however, I chose some of my favorite sentiments from Heartfelt Wishes, Poinsettia Petals, and Evergreen Elegance. And for some special touches, a sentiment label tied up with Linen Thread was used for one card while the other one fancied a fussy cut sentiment... both were embellished with the amazing Genial Gems for the perfect touch of sparkle for the season.
Finishing the card by completing the inside to compliment the card front along with stamping the coordinating envelope is a special touch that I love doing with handmade cards.,, it adds such a personal touch personalizing it for the recipients.
