Happy Sunday, y'all!  I hope that you had a wonderful week!  It's been another wonderful summer weather week for me and Benji.  We've been walking short walks on the bike trail.  And I've been busy adding miles on my bike.  It's amazing how much better I am feeling just by adding this exercise routine to my week.  In fact, yesterday the hubby even joined me!  Needless to say I was thrilled!  Now to just get our son to join us and we'll have some fun family time on the trail - wishful hoping, I know, since he's a teenager!  So what have you been up to this week?  Here's to more wonderful weather for enjoying outside time!!!
