Happy Sunday, y'all! I hope that you had a wonderful week! It's been a hot, humid and thunderous summer weather week for us here in NW Ohio. The much needed rain was quickly absorbed it has been so dry! We've been walking short walks on the bike trail. And I've been busy adding miles on my bike. It's amazing how much better I am feeling just by adding this exercise routine to my week. Each week I feel even better. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my boy out on the trail before too long! So what have you been up to this week? Here's to more wonderful weather for enjoying outside time!!!
