Happy Thursday, y'all! I'm so glad that you're here and hope you are having a thankful day! Today I am hopping with some crafty collaborators along the Father's Day Blog Hop and we are sharing lots of inspiration all about dads. There are several of us hopping today - you will find the list to follow along towards the bottom of my blog post - so sit back and enjoy your favorite coffee, tea, water, or smoothie as we share some handmade projects with you!
Today's Project
Project Details
The Mountain Air trees were stamped and off-stamped along the front of the card from the perspective of walking down to the lake to the dock. The tree line in the back represents the mountains surrounding this beautiful reservoir lake. Granted I don't believe sailboats are allowed on this lake... and if they are, we never saw one back in the early 2000s. So the Sailing Home sailboat is strictly artistic for this card, but I'm sure someone has seen a beautiful view like this on Lake Lanier... like we have. The Best Year sentiment was heat embossed and adhered with dimensionals.
The inside was layered and stamped to compliment the card front. And, of course, the envelope just had to be stamped as you know a stamper must always give a sneak peek of what's inside to the recipient.
