Happy Thursday, y'all!  Hello and welcome to the Global Creative INKspirations Blog Hop!  You are either starting here or coming from Danielle's blog.  This month we are having fun sharing inspiration with you from the same bundle - and, believe it or not, it's the one that we all have (well, at least, I thought I had... **WINK**)!!!  

Today's Projects

I received the snail trading pin during OnStage at Home last fall so I knew I had to get the Snailed It Bundle!  The only problem is...  I thought I already had it.  So thankfully my upline loaned me hers to use for today's projects.  The color palette for today's cards were inspired by this adorable trading pin - Granny Apple Green, Pretty Peacock and Flirty Flamingo!  Three colors, three identical snails and three different layouts.

Project Details

The snail image was tapped in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and stamped on Basic White cardstock.  The images were colored with the Light/Dark Granny Apple Green, Light/Dark Pretty Peacock and Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends Markers.  The images were die cut with the coordinating die.

The envelope, square stamp, envelope, hearts and "note" were die cut from Basic White cardstock all in one pass through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.  The envelope was held together with Mini Glue Dots.  The heart was colored with the Dark Flirty Flamingo Blends Marker and adhered with a Mine Glue Dot.  The Four Season Floral sentiment was inked in Pretty Peacock and stamped on the "note".  A mini card was made from Pretty Peacock cardstock scraps.  An additional "note" was added to the inside with a Itty Bitty Greetings sentiment.

The background for the full size card was created by coloring the Pattern Play double dotted line image with Pretty Peacock and Granny Apple Green Stampin' Write Markers.  The image was off stamped on grid paper before off stamping onto the Basic White cardstock layer.  The image was also off stamped onto a strip of Basic White scraps to overlay on the postage stamp connecting the envelope and the snail.

The inside was stamped with the Pattern Play double dotted line image along with several Itty Bitty Birthdays sentiments.

The mini slim line card features a Granny Apple Green cardstock base measuring 5-1/2" square and scored at 2-3/4".  This size of mini slim line fits perfectly in the Basic White Medium Envelopes especially after being altered a bit in height.  The Pretty Peacock layer was stamped with the Happy Mail enclosed image to create a custom background.  The Basic White center panel was die cut with the dotted die from the Curvy Dies.  The sentiment was stamped and off-stamped with Pretty Peacock ink across the die cut panel.  The snail was adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals.  The inside was left simple with a Basic White cardstock layer for correspondence.

The last project is a 3" square card created from a 3" x 6" piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock scored at 3" and folded in half.  The Basic White stamp die cut was cut three times to be used as the card front panels.  The Pattern Play image was inked with Stampin' Write Markers and cut as shown.  The Itty Bitty Greetings sentiment was inked in Tuxedo Black Memento, stamped on Basic White scraps and fussy cut.  It was adhered to the postage stamp with liquid glue.  The snail was adhered with Mini Glue Dots.

The inside was stamped and colored to compliment the card front.  The envelope front and flap was stamped to compliment the card front.
