Kre8tors Blog Hop - June 2020 - Masculine

All MASCULINE projects is what you will see during this month's Kre8tors Blog Hop!  Many of us have been busy creating projects with all the new goodies we have recently received from the new 2020-2021 Annual Catalog so I am sure you will get your creativity boosted from this talented bunch of Kre8tors.  Relax and enjoy a cuppa while you gather some inspiration as you peruse along the hop!

My hubby requested that I make a retirement card for a family friend about a year ago...  he gave me two criteria for the card... he likes to hunt and he is a Nebraska fan.  So needless to say nature lover that I am, I was a bit stumped because what would go with Scarlett and Cream camoflauge?!?  But when I saw these amazing Best Plaid Building Dies in the new annual catalog I had a totally different solution that I felt was perfect for this fun loving, laid-back friend of ours!

Poppy Parade was the closest to Scarlett that I could get and Shimmery White was my choice for the Cream as I wanted to watercolor.  Sahara Sand was the ink used for the image and sentiment.  The Ivory, Light Crumb Cake, Dark Poppy Parade and Light Misty Moonlight Stampin' Blends Markers worked their magic for a relaxed beach/mountain/backyard scene for this laid-back Nebraska fan.  The Tasteful Labels Dies were perfect for framing the scene and the sentiment.

The inside is just as important as the card front!  The sentiments from The Best Year said it all even if was a bit late in celebrating.  The scene was also stamped on the envelope front and flap as a sneak peek as what's inside for the retiree.
