Thanks for visiting the December 2019 edition of the Third Thursdays Blog Hop! So are you done with your Christmas shopping and/or preparation?!? I much say that I'm not so today's blog hop is just perfect for what I'm still needing to do! So sit back and enjoy the inspirations on today's blog hop for those of us who are needing some Last Minute Lucy ideas!!!
Everyone needs some packets of hot cocoa around this time of year! Nothing like having some packets ready to go to hand out to delivery people or cashiers at the checkout.
Simply cut a piece of cardstock in half at 5-1/2".
Score at 7/8".
Flip a quarter turn and score at 1/2", 3/4" and 1"
Flip a half turn and score at 4-1/2", 4-3/4" and 5".
Snip along the small scored section at the largest sections and angle snip the smaller valley folds.
Trim the two longer lengths down to 1/2" leaving the sides tucks the original length of 7/8".
Adhere the sides and bottom flap with Tear and Tape Adhesive.
Adhere a piece of 3" x 4" DSP to the front and
tie a ribbon around the parcel for the finishing touch.
Another fun option to have handy to make last minute is a large matchbook holder for inserting a teabag, a teabag with a giftcard or multiple gift cards. Of course, chocolates, checks or plan cash would work, too! Possibilities are endless for this!
Cut a piece of cardstock to 3" x 8-1/2".
Score at 3/4", fold and flip a half turn.
Score at 4", 4-1/8", and 4-1/4".
Staple the 3/4" folded section.
Adhere 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" and 2-1/2" x 4" pieces of DSP
to the front flap and back.
Adhere a 2-1/2" x 1/2" piece of DSP to the stapled flap.
Add a die of your choice to the front and presto!
I hope that my projects have inspired you in some way today. Please continue along the blog hop for additional inspiration!
