Anything FLORAL!!! is the monthly theme this month during this fabulous Kre8tors Blog Hop! This is my first time to hop along with this talented bunch of Kre8tors so I know you better sit back and enjoy a hot cuppa while you peruse along the hop.
It wouldn't be summer without daisies blooming everywhere!
The background is created by pressing the Whisper White ink pad directly
to the cardstock layer of your choice. Be sure to cover completely!
After selecting your colors, apply them with a sponge dauber.
And enjoy making your own unique pattern of color.
Spritz and/or sprinkle some water over the layer and watch the magic take place.
Dab up any excess water up with a paper towel and set aside to dry.
The same technique and colors on different papers!
After trimming down the Thick Whisper White background to 4" x 4", the remaining scraps came in handy for the embossed sentiment strip... and the inside!
With the daisies on the front, writing to the recipient would be done prior to adhering the piece to top thus it was adhered but placed for the visual photo. :)
And don't forget to decorate the envelope! The envelope is just as important as the card itself.
Thank you for visiting my blog today, I hope that you have been inspired to get yourself just a bit inky!
Now, hop along with me to see more floral inspirations the Kre8tors are excited to share with you. Clicking the “next” button will take you to Annette’s blog, and there is also a name list to follow.
