Today is the Fourth Challenge over at The Joy of Sets Tic Tac Toe Challenge! I am thoroughly enjoying being a Design Team Member with this talented bunch of crafters from around the globe! We are all members of The Joy of Sets Facebook Group that is full of stampers sharing cards created with current and retired Stampin' Up!® stamp sets as well as stamp sets from other companies.
For this month's challenge designed by Nicky Leighton, you can select any three of the design elements in a row on the board going in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal direction. I chose the diagonal row consisting of Die Cut, Vellum, Ribbon.
The large floral from Petal Palette was stamped multiple times after the Whisper White cardstock was ran through the Big Shot with the 2nd largest rectangle from the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.
The die cut pieces were placed over a layer of Soft Sea Foam cardstock
so the sentiment could be aligned and stamped in Memento ink.
A Vellum cardstock overlay was adhered with Tear & Tape Adhesive on both sides so it was "sandwiched" between the Whisper White die cut pieces and the Soft Sea Foam layer.
The Petal Pink Metallic Ribbon was around the adhered layer and secured with a bow.
Stampin' Dimensionals were used to adhere this finished layer to the card front.
The pattern was repeated on the inside allowing for plenty
of room for handwritten correspondence.
And one mustn't forget to stamp the envelope...
as it's a sneak peek for the recipient of what's inside.
I hope that today's project has inspired you to participate in The Joy of Sets Tic Tac Toe Challenge, #JOSTTT004. Please be sure to pop over to receive more inspiration from the other design team members and I look forward to seeing your entry (entries) on the blog!
Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the world.
Have a blessed day!
