Thanks for joining us on another Random Act of Kindness Blog Hop! You are visiting Angie McKenzie in the USA. I am showcasing the cards I have received and sent as part of the Random Act of Kindness Card Group on Facebook (aka Group).
In any given month, we each randomly select a few members from the Group to send a RAK card to, to brighten their day. There is nothing like sharing our love of creating handmade cards to spread sunshine around the world! Please feel free to join the Group if you would like to participate in the RAK cards movement (blogging is not mandatory). #imbringingRAKcardsback #MakeACardSendACard #randomactsofkindness
The past two months have been very exciting, so sit back, put your feet up and relax for a while... you might might to warm up your coffee or tea, first though, as I share some beauties with you!
Look at all these beauties I received in March and April from around the world!
I definitely felt the kindness being spread around the world and loved a lot!
Carol used the Apron of Love bundle, the Classic Label Punch, the SAB Glitter Paper and the Polka Dot Basics TIEF to create this fun card! Don't you just love it?! |
Piper featured the adorable SAB Party Pandas along with a sentiment from the retiring Pieces & Patterns! |
Ashley did an amazing job with this card featuring Picture Perfect Birthday, Stitched Shapes framelits, Softly Falling TIEF, Tailored Tag punch, Celebration Time bundle and BRUSHOS! |
Megan did a phenomenal job with the baby wipe technique with Flower Shop, along with the Leaf Punch and Waterfront for the sentiment! |
Nothing could have made me feel any better than this sweet card from Jane... isn't This Little Piggy just adorable surrounded by a Bouquet Bunch?!? |
Loved this card full of Wildflower Wishes (Paper Pumpkin February 2018) from Delia! |
Incredible inspiration from Sarah using SAB Springtime Foils DSP and an embellishment from May Good Things Grow (March 2018 Paper Pumpkin). |
Rhonda did a wonderful job using the Bike Ride bundle and Lovely as a Tree to make this card come to life. The Tree Builder Punch made a nice cloud, too. |
Ellie did an amazing job with the Petal Palette bundle and Petal Passion DSP to create this beauty! |
I absolutely love the simple elegance Shannon created with the Card Front Builder thinlits and Ribbon of Courage. |
I mentioned in some earlier Blog Hop posts (click here for details) that we had a very special event - RAKs 4 Kids - during February! This is another card that my son received after last month's blog hop for his birthday! Gotta love this RAK group!
Bonnie used the Magical Day bundle and the Myths & Magic Specialty DSP for this incredible card! |
Now here are the cards that I have had fun sending out during March and April! I hope they bring a smile to your face and/or inspire you in some way with your creativity!
This wonderful group not only spreads kindness, but it builds friendships! Friendships across the miles... across the waters... across the street... anywhere there is a mailbox. :) And sometimes - once in a blue moon - cards can be exchanged across the miles without even knowing it! ;)
I was tickled pink when I received this card (can't show it completely as it's a "special" tutorial card!!!) because I had just popped one in the mail to her TWO days prior to receiving hers!!! |
