My boy and I had a lazy weekend being under the weather - thanks to the lovely springlike weather in February - while my hubby was busy trimming trees. We also were keeping a watchful eye on our dog, Spot, who has arthritis along with a sprained elbow and hind paw. When it rains, it pours - right? So I have chosen to take a break and make this lovely skinny card (a first for me!) for my first ever entry in a card challenge!
I chose my favorite stamp set at the moment to create this "fit a circle in a square" card for IN{K}SPIRE_me Challenge #288. I will be mailing this card to a dear old friend who sang at my wedding and his wife, who was my eighth grade science teacher. Miss Peggy and Mr. Ray have been kind enough to check on my parents in Georgia from time to time. My momma was tickled pink when she received a phone call from Miss Peggy last week. So hopefully Miss Peggy and Mr. Ray will be just as happy when they receive this happy mail.
Have a great Wednesday, ya'll!
